 We specialize in helping you bring your construction project to fruition through our experience in planning, designing, drafting, and navigating the local agencies.  With over years of experience specialized in South Lake Tahoe, we can help you from your initial idea, to obtaining a permit, to finding a contractor, and finally to construction execution.  We pride ourselves on the diversity of backgrounds within our office with a collaborative team including an artist, a contractor, an architect, an entrepreneur/designer.  South House Design provides many services, we produce construction documentation for permitting and bidding.  Beyond that we can help you see your vision with 3d representations, hand renderings, and walk-throughs.
